Braffit’s Creek is a 3,500-acre mountain property located in Southern Utah, just eight miles from Brian’s Head ski area and seventeen miles from historic Cedar City. Designed as a resort community, the master plan includes the Golf

Each of these areas is rendered to reflect the beautiful
setting of the southern Utah mountains. While architecture and landscape materials connect one to the natural context of Braffit’s Creek, the master plan was developed in
accordance with the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valley below.
