The Abo Group is working with Artspace, America’s leading nonprofit developer for the arts, to redevelop an underutilized urban lot in historic downtown Loveland. The project will be designed and constructed in two phases. Phase I is being designed by The Abo Group and consists of 30 units of affordable live/work residences for income-eligible artists. Phase II is the preservation and adaptive re-use of the Feed and Grain as a community arts center. The courtyard between the two buildings creates opportunities for outdoor gatherings, art exhibits and performances, and more. As a key component of Loveland’s Down¬town Strategic Plan, this transformational project will provide much needed affordable housing in Love¬land’s downtown and serve as a catalyst for other downtown revitalization efforts.
