The Harvest Pointe Senior Housing Facility, a 4.3 acre site located in the Harvest Gold Subdivision of northwest Loveland, is an 80-unit, three-story affordable senior apartment complex financed by a HUD 202 grant. Each unit is equipped with a kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. The facility also has several common areas for recreation, computer access and laundry facilities.
